Twin Town plaque in Vivary Park
Somewhat hidden away on the ground, away from a path and in a corner of the park, the plaque presumably marks the twinning arrangement between Taunton and Konigslutter am Elm in Saxony. It looks like, indeed may actually have been cast as, a manhole cover.
