Shropshire landscape
In the foreground is the road from Edgton which at this point is not in a very good state, being heavily overgrown with vegetation. The building is Brunslow Cottages.

End of the road from Edgton
This is the last stretch of the public road from Edgton. This part is so little used that grass has overgrown much of it.

Gated road
In the distance can be seen a gate at which point the public road from Edgton appears to end, though a track continues on from that point.

Looking across the field at Short Wood. It's not really that short, being over 1 km in length.

Unclassified road to Edgton
It is fortunately possible to turn round at this point as off to the right of the picture is a short hard surfaced area giving access to a field entrance. The road in the picture goes towards Edgton and is single track most of the way. If you meet another vehicle one of you is likely to have a long journey in reverse gear. Fortunately the grass growing in the middle of the road confirms that at this end there is hardly any traffic at all.
