Church House, Pontrobert
Otherwise known as Art-home, at the time of photography Church House was a stylish artist's home which provided an excellent bed, breakfast and evening meal. A special feature was the Japanese water-garden at the rear of the house which was maintained by Cathy Knapp as a tribute to the work of her late husband, Stefan Knapp (1921-1996) who pioneered the technique of enamel art work on steel.
