Outbuildings at rear of 20 Union Street
The small outbuilding with the gable end behind the red car once belonged to the house seen in Image, or the adjoining Image, but looks like it may now be converted to a dwelling. That and the wall are thought to be dated slightly later than the main house, which would probably make them mid 19th century, and they have their own Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008182-outbuildings-to-rear-of-no20-union-street-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.Yu0UcnbMLIU from 1988.

Former woollen/flannel factory on Bryn Street
Obviously now in a state of rather poor repair (the rear particularly so, apparently) this former flannel works dates from around 1830, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008034-former-flannel-factory-clock-factory-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn/upload-photo#.Yuop23bMI2w in 1988. It adjoins the rather better-maintained Image, where the factory manager once lived.
