Eastern end of parallel Middleton Road bridges in Oswestry
Looking west towards the town centre. A metal barrier coaxes walkers towards the tubular footbridge on the left, though anyone wishing to use the narrow pavement on the road bridge can do so by stepping into the roadway to bypass the barrier. The footbridge was made by Tubewrights Ltd Liverpool. The bridges are over a single-track railway. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4319008

Plas Ffynnon Medical Centre, Oswestry
Set back from the south side of Middleton Road. Although Oswestry is in Shropshire, England, about 5 miles (8km) east of the Welsh border, it has a mixed Welsh and English heritage. There are many Welsh names in the town, as here.
