'Trigfan' cottage on Park Street, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant
For the most part, early 19th century, but there are signs of earlier buildings within timber-framed parts of the house. The gabled section which fronts the road here is thought to be a later addition, and was probably erected as a shop, whilst the older portions are to the left and the rear. The whole was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300081845-trigfan-including-building-at-the-rear-of-y-bwthyn-llanrhaeadr-ym-mochnant#.XQnYxohKhPY in 2003.

Y Bwthyn on Park Street, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant
Currently boarded off to view from the road, it looks as if Y Bwthyn may be about to undergo a renovation. It's essentially a late 18th century (possibly timber-framed) cottage in the local style, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300081847-y-bwthyn-including-iron-railings-at-front-llanrhaeadr-ym-mochnant#.XQaru7xKjcs in 2003.

Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant Public Hall
A new build from 2012. A statue of Bishop William Morgan stands in front. A local lad made good, he translated the Bible into Welsh (1588) and is portrayed holding a copy. He would not, however, have worn a mitre, as portrayed.
