Rosebery Close
All the side streets in this part of the estate are named after former Prime Ministers of Britain, we have Chamberlain, Asquith and Balfour to name a few. But why Archibald Primrose the fifth Earl of Rosebery was chosen is a bit of a mystery- he was only in office from 1894 to 1895 and was not very popular, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archibald_Primrose,_5th_Earl_of_Rosebery#Prime_minister . The picture shows the full length of Rosebery Close from its junction with Chamberlain Way.
