Corner of Calver Street and Forster Street, Tunstall
An impressive building from the Victorian era; over the main entrance in Forster Street is the name "Wolstanton School Board"; also the date of the building, A.D. 1880. A much more recent sign over the main entrance reads "Tunstall SureStart Centre": it is a children's centre for under-5s.

Tunstall Library and Baths
The Queen Victoria Jubilee Building, on the corner of the A50 and A527, dates from 1889 and is still in use as a public library and swimming baths. It was part of the town centre but is now separated from the main part of Tunstall by the re-routed A50.
