Looking at the junction of Lucas Street (on the left) with Newcastle Street. The building on the corner has interesting architecture above the upper floor, with the date 1886 in the centre. The right-hand side of this building is a pub, The Jolly Carter.

Dalehall Works, Burslem, steam engine
An engine of unknown make and date that was still running in early 1984 and is believed to remain in situ although out of use for many years. I believe it can be demonstrated on compressed air.
