Looking north by Lytton Street, and the Jones and Sh ff's bathroom fittings factory. ;-) Jones and Shufflebottom's was established in 1924. They moved here in 1975 to allow for the development of the A500. The original building was demolished to make way for the dual carriageway. I'm trying to find out who occupies the multi-storey building ahead. Is it part of Shuff's?

Considerable redevelopment has taken place in recent years with many new factory units, and multi-lane roads. Jones and Shufflebottom's was established in 1924, and is still a privately owned company which has been supplying building, plumbing and heating products to the building industry for more than eighty years.

Canal bridge in Stoke-on-Trent
Bridge No 113 had already been widened to carry Glebe Street, but now it has been replaced for that purpose by Bridge No 113A, the road being high enough to cross over the eight lane Queensway, off to the right. Image]
