Bottle Kiln Sculpture
Situated by the A50 to welcome visitors to Stoke on Trent, the bottle kilns appear less obvious when viewed from the road. The footbridge over the A50 can be seen in the background.

In dualling the A50 between Blythe Bridge and the A500, the builders employed a series of interesting footbridge designs. This is the first, with domes over the abutments.
