High Offley Manor in Staffordshire
Staffordshire Past Track states that the house was rebuilt in the mid 19th century. More recent restoration appears to be progressing very slowly.

Former public house in High Offley, Staffordshire
This smartly converted private residence at the top of Grub Street in High Offley used to be The Royal Oak public house.
A local person has told me that it was more of a restaurant than a pub in its final years, and closed circa 1995/1996.
