Cast iron post by the A518, in parish of STOWE (STAFFORD District), Manor Farm, on grass in front of brick wall, on Southeast side of road. " The Clog & Knocker "
The line of the former Stafford & Uttoxeter Railway looking in the direction of Stowe by Chartley. The line closed to freight traffic in 1951. The final train was an SLS Special in March 1957.The old line is used as the access point to Chartley Moss NNR.
