Terraced housing in Kimberley Road
This estate of three streets of terraced housing probably dates from the early years of the 20th century following the Boer War. The streets are named after South African towns, Kimberley, Pretoria and Ladysmith.

Hard to starboard! Etruria Junction, Stoke-on-Trent
Narrowboat 'Silver Swan' navigates out of the Trent and Mersey having climbed Stoke Locks, (behind the camera) and turns almost 180 degrees into the Caldon Canal. Housing on the right is in Belmont Road.
