An idiosyncratic pair of terraced houses from the Sugden architectural practice. Built to give the impression of a single house. The placing of the chimneys implies some inconvenient siting of fireplaces in the rooms, or some very tortuous flues.

The Old Royal Oak, Leek
Near the junction at the end of Buxton Road. A recent piece in the local paper said that Park Medical Centre, to the left of the pub, has purchased the property, and that it will be demolished in order to expand the medical centre with extra buildings and a car park.
