The pub was closed in 2016 and is boarded up. During 2017 the Caverswall Community Society launched a share offer, so that it can be bought by the community; this closed on 1st August, and an offer has been made to buy the pub. The pub in 2014 is Image

The Club house
Caverswall Cricket Club club house. I was told it is open at some time all 365 days in the year as a social centre for the area but is of course especially busy on weekends in the summer when it hosts several matches each weekend.
