Stained glass window in Waterfall parish church
This window, created in 1898, is dedicated to John Townsend. The Townsend family were long associated with the village of Waterfall and I have been unable to discover for certain which John Townsend this lovely window commemorates. Perhaps it is the John Townsend who was the resident parson here between 1757 and 1780.
