Opened on 17th February 2012. The property is located on the London Road (A129) and Vernon Avenue in Rayleigh. Construction started towards the end of 2011. An Offlicence which was on the site before was demolished.

Old Milestone by the A129, London Road, Rayleigh
Carved stone post by the A129, in parish of RAYLEIGH (ROCHFORD District), London Road, just East of junction with Victoria Avenue, on verge in front of path, on North side of road, adjacent to two utility boxes. Erected by the Rochford Hundred (Div of Essex First Dist) turnpike trust in the 19th century.
Inscription reads:-

Tributary to the River Crouch?
This stream appears in this culvert from under the London Road (A129) in Rayleigh. It comes from the direction of Louis Drive East.
I believe it joins a larger culvert in Boston Avenue.
This larger culvert flows under the car park in the old Eon building Image before flowing towards Rawreth. It joins a stream Image which joins the Crouch near the A1245 in grid Image
