Rochford town junkyard ?
This motley collection can be seen off the path to Stambridge Mills. I guess it is a recycling centre of some kind.

Rochford Police Station
The Police Station was built of red brick and terracotta at the southern end of South Street in 1914. Some of the detailing in this façade of the building is quite ornate, although it is suffering from wear, the lowest of the three seaxes that form the emblem of Essex County Council at the top of the pediment on the right side having been lost. Whether or not the police consider that a building of this sort is fit for purpose for 21st century policing is worth considering.
