This has a uniform colour, as it had before the repaint. Is it one or two houses now? The window frames are in two different colours, so perhaps two houses.

Cast-iron plate on churchyard fence, Great Wakering
"The original boundry of this churchyard is in the road 6 ft. 9 in. from this plate as shwon by plan attached to faculty granted 18 November 1906". A rare case of spelling mistakes cast in iron.
