Pound Lane Mission Church
This little church is on the corner of Pound Lane and Osborne Road, and was presumably built as a mission when the area underwent plotland development in the 1930's.

Pound Lane Mission Church, North Benfleet
The mission was founded in 1905, but whether in this building is not known. This was a period of plotland development at such local places as Laindon, Vange, and here, and several missions were established to keep the newcomers spiritually satisfied.
