Planning Gain?
When Britain's #2 Supermarket chain wanted to build a convenience store within easy walking distance of Southend East Station (to Fenchurch St) and Southend Victoria (to Liverpool St) I am convinced the planning officers demanded some dwellings be built as part of the deal.
