An old box on Tan Lane
The telephone is no longer there, although it appears that the box is something of a local notice board. Either side are two small planters that perhaps will sprout some seasonal flowers later.

Bourton: telephone box on the main road

Bourton: postbox № SP8 79, Silton Road
Dorset's northernmost postbox is relatively unassuming but is nevertheless seen here in a good light, on a cloudless October day. It is emptied finally at 5pm on weekdays and at 10:30am on Saturdays.
