Ashmore: pondside seat
This modern concrete seat is inscribed on its top with the words "Reflect awhile" facing both directions and with other phrases around the edge, and would be a splendid spot from which to appreciate the picturesque Image on a less chilly day than this!

Ashmore: heron in flight over pond
This heron and I played a game for some time – I approached his side of the Image and he took off to the other side while I tried in vain to take a picture of him in flight. This was the best I got so he was declared winner on a points decision.
