A small terrace of 1970s or 1980s dwellings face onto a small green by Bulford Road. The houses aren't remarkable but they are typical of thousands like it up and down the length of England from that era.

Windsor Road, Durrington
Windsor Road appears to comprise a post-war bungalow development of the sort that can be seen in many towns in England. New-build single-storey dwellings in an estate context are probably a thing of the past as the pressure on land is such that a bungalow development would be unable to comply with government diktats on minimum dwelling units per hectare. If my very crude analysis is correct, buying a well-built and located bungalow is probably a good investment.
