Amesbury: postbox № SP4 145, Devereux Road
This George V-reign postbox is set into a brick pillar on a grassy plot on the corner of Coltsfoot Close. Until fairly recently, it had a phone box for company but that has been removed.

Amesbury: postbox № SP4 232, Salisbury Road
A large, Elizabeth II-reign postbox at the end of Salisbury Road, facing down the main Salisbury Street. It stands outside a carpet and rug shop and a particularly patriotic one is on the adjacent rail.

Crusty cross
The lichens have made a start on the replica cross by the car park in The Centre. The cross is a modern version, created in the Millennium, of the Celtic cross that Amesbury once had.
