Middleton House
A plain classical mansion of around 1820-30 with grey cement rendered walls and a steep hipped slate roof. The projecting flanking wings are of a later date. Grazing in the grounds is a herd of alpacas.

Parish church of St Nicholas, Longparish
The parish church of St Nicholas was restored in 1857. The 15th century west tower seen in the photo is of chequer flint and stone. The arcades on each side of the nave are original, from around AD1200. The church has two lych gates, one of which can be seen on the right of the photo - this gate would be used by anyone arriving from Forton.
