Godfrey Olson House
These are presumably council flats. Godfrey Olson is, at the time of photographing, the leader of the Conservative Group on Eastleigh Borough Council, which has been controlled by the Liberal Democrats for many years. I am not sure that councillors should get themselves written into history in this way.
