Pluto Road, Eastleigh
Looking towards Leigh Road. Housing built on the site of the former Pirelli cable factory. Pluto and Sopwith roads seem to have been built first, in that they are currently the only two shown on the MAGIC 1:10,000 map. Much more exists on the ground but has not yet found its way onto the map.

Great Farm Road Eastleigh
Great Farm Road is the cul de sac where the white van is. The road immediately in front of camera is part of Stranding Street. This new housing is built on the site of the former Pirelli cables factory. In the background, an area that Pirelli have not yet vacated, with a travelling crane.

Prysmian House and car park, Eastleigh
Prysmian Cables and Systems is a company formed in 2005 by taking over Pirelli's energy and telecommunications cables businesses http://www.prysmian.com/ . A Pirelli cables factory has been present on this site for many years. In the past decade, much of the eastern part of the site was sold for housing, but the factory here is still operational.
