Contractors emptying drains on New Road, Swanmore
Balfour Beatty infrastructure services working on behalf of Hampshire County Council to clear the gully pots which quickly fill up with grit and mud. This has to be loosened using a small spade before being liquefied by the addition of water carried on the vehicle. Then it can be sucked up.
