High Street
Very attractive street seen from the square. The clock is topped by a mitre, reflecting the town's name and ruined palace. The nearer shops include the post office and Spar.

Bishop?s Waltham: The King?s Church
A view across the High Street from the doorway of Image, this building was originally the Oddfellows Hall when built in 1895 - as revealed by the inscription up top (see Image for a close-up). It is now a church as made clear by the modern signage.
