Built as the Talbot Inn, at the time the ground floor was occupied by estate agents, Your Move.
The pennants were in aid of the 2012 Olympics.

Winchester: looking down High Street from Westgate
The view down the High Street through the narrower, pedestrian arch of Image (although the wider arch is also pedestrian these days!). The clock of the old guildhall and, beyond, the green roof of the current one are visible in the centre of the image.
