Offices at King's Worthy
King's Worthy is one of those villages that has sprouted a number of small office estates, due to its proximity to three major roads, M3, A33 and A34. As can be seen from the sign a footpath runs through it, under the gaze of CCTV cameras.

Kings Worthy: near site of station, 1997
View NW, probably from the A33 Winchester - Basingstroke road, along the course of the ex-GWR Didcot, Newbury & Southampton line towards Newbury and Didcot. The station and line were closed to passengers 7/3/60, to goods 1/10/62; the station had been behind the trees ahead.

Subway under the A34
The footpath runs in an unsightly concrete channel under two separate parts of the A34 near its junction with the A33. Better than trying to cross the road on the level though. It comes out in the next square south.
