This is a development of sheltered housing with support. There are
79 flats altogether and it was built in 1976. It has several sizes of property including studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. There is a resident management staff and community alarm service. It also has a lounge, laundry, guest facilities and garden.

Most of the glass is missing, and some of the metal window bars, but the phone is still there. Admittedly the handset is in two pieces, but there is still a dialling tone.
