Police Notice warning antisocial drivers
This notice, torn down and lying in the mud of a restricted byway at South Wonston, warns inconsiderate motorists of new police powers to seize their vehicle under section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002. I imagine the section is targetted at teenage joy riders.
