Boyes Farm at the top of Whites Hill, Owslebury
Looking NE. Whites Hill is a very steep and narrow lane. At the top you could turn right to a chicken farm and housing. Or bear left (straight ahead in photo) to find the Ship Inn on the left and then Owslebury Main Road.

Installing fibre optic cable in Whites Hill
Subcontractors Morrison Utility Services pushing Emtelle type 4283 sub-duct mono-bore 5 tubing into existing Openreach ducting. The installation method was simply to push it by hand until an obstruction was met. If it could not be cleared by pushing and rodding, it was occasionally necessary to dig down, clear the obstruction and install a split duct to make good the ducting.

Agricultural contractor's yard
Aerial. This 0.47 acre agricultural contractor's yard was offered for sale in 2022 at an asking price of £100,000 and apparently sold above that. There was some possibility that planning permission for housing might be granted. The car park at right is part of the unrelated Ship Inn.
