East Grafton: The Coronation Hall being rebuilt
East Grafton's Coronation Hall was completed on The Green in 1938 and celebrated the Coronation of King George VI. However it was poorly insulated and its facilities had become increasingly outdated. Grafton Parish Council applied for, and in December 2008 were awarded, a £274,500 grant from the Big Lottery Fund’s Community Buildings programme to completely rebuild the hall. This is the state of progress in July 2009. The facility also serves the rural communities of Wilton, West Grafton, Marten and Wexcombe.

Jackdaws in a tree, East Grafton, Wiltshire
There is no collective noun for jackdaws, it seems, other than the generic 'flock'. Among the smaller corvidae, 'Corvus monedula' is well-known for its propensity to steal things. More here: http://www.garden-birds.co.uk/birds/jackdaw.htm
