Winter-sown crop, Tadpole Lane, near Swindon (1)
The crop is seen over a recently trimmed hedge. The farmer has left a margin around the edge of the field which, perhaps, will have a good growth of wild flowers in the summer. It is too early to identify the crop at the moment. There is another view of the field here Image The car is, or was, a 2007 Renault Megane, the impressively ugly one with the misshapen rear end promoted by an ad with the soundtrack 'I see you Baby'. Easy enough to find on youtube.

This is another view of the field seen here Image I suspect that the crop is a cereal of some sort, probably wheat. The car is, or was, a 2007 Renault Megane, the impressively ugly one with the misshapen rear end.
