New housing on Britains Close
Some open space in front of the new houses on the north side of Sutton Benger. The development is based on the site of the old chicken factory, which closed in 2008. The Park opened in 2013.

Arms Gardens
A new housing development grows on the outskirts of Sutton Benger. presumably the name derives from the old Arms Farm that was here, itself based on the pub opposite: the Welleseley Arms.
