This part of the bypass takes the A4 round a large housing estate east of Chippenham.

Roundabout on Avenue La Fleche, Chippenham
The A4 has been remade to bypass Pewsham in a series of roundabouts, meaning anyone not familiar with Chippenham wastes ten minutes doing an extra two miles for no reason, unless they are Geograph members like myself who may get a couple of extra squares for their trouble.

2011 : Wood Lane, Chippenham
The road leading up to Wood Lane is the former A4 on a bypass. Now the bypass has been bypassed by another bypass to the south.
To avoid confusion Wood Lane is the road heading to the right where the group of people is crossing.
