Not many about these days
A public convenience, the sort that seems to be an endangered species in the greater scheme of local council planning. The style and maps seem to indicate it's a pre-WWII facility. A benchmark has been made here, too.

Queen Victoria House, 106 Victoria Road
Queen Victoria House is an undistinguished looking modern office & shops block, built a few years ago at this busy road junction in Old Town. It also has a frontage to Albert Street, and is seen here from Bath Road. There is an interesting array of communications equipment on the building's roof.

Newspaper House, 99 & 100 Victoria Street
Now redundant following the move of the business to modern premises in suburban Swindon. These buildings were built as dwelling houses in the early 19th century and were taken over by the newspaper in the 19th century. Listed Grade II in 1970, the buildings have been subject to alteration over the years, most recently in 1988 when the ground floor façade was completely redesigned.
