The Cross Keys pub on outskirts of Corsham
On the junction of the A4 London Bath road and Cross Keys Road to Biddestone. Charles Dickens is reputed to have stayed at the Cross Keys when writing the famous Pickwick Papers, and there are places named to reflect this including Pickwick Road and a car centre.

The Cross Keys, Corsham
The pub gave its name to this cross-roads on the A4 and was reputedly where Charles Dickens stayed when gleaning information for The Pickwick Papers (NB see entry for The Hare and Hounds nearby).
