Getting a signal
The dominating DMJ Tower must not be a help in receiving the telly, hence a need to get the aerial up high.

63 - 64 Fleet Street
Corner building at the junction of Catherine Street (on the right) and Fleet Street (on the left). The building in the background is the David Murray John Tower, named after the clerk to Swindon Council who was responsible for much of the post war regeneration of the town. Otherwise known as the Brunel Tower, it was completed in 1976 and at 83m high is the tallest building in Swindon.

Sharp looks
A building at the junction of Holbrook Way and Faringdon Road takes the curve of the layout in central Swindon. The unusual angle has allowed the architects to install windows in a similarly unusual manner.

Fenced-off Faringdon House, Swindon
In March 2015, a fence surrounds this derelict building on the corner of Faringdon Road and Catherine Street. The building previously housed Swindon Citizens Advice Bureau which is now in Sanford House, Sanford Street. Below the year 1897 inscribed on the building, ghosts of an earlier occupier include DRAPER and MILLINER.
