Wedhampton is a small village off the A342 south-east of the town of Devizes. This is a foreshortened view to the north across a recently harvested field. The high ground in the background is All Cannings Down about 7 kilometres north.

Cottage, Wedhampton
Cottage Lodge (mapped as "The Lodge") is early C18 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-312154-cottage-lodge-urchfont ; it's the first house you reach entering the village along the High Street from the A342.

2012 : Green Gate Road, Wedhampton
Seen from the north end of High Street.
Green Gate Road continues round to the left and back onto the A342. This would have been the A342 or its predecessor before the bypass.

Manor Farm, Wedhampton
Not to be confused with Old Manor Farm, nor indeed Wedhampton Manor, which are nearby. A lot of work has taken place here recently, with ranges of farm buildings demolished, a new house erected, and the pond in the foreground created.
