The bridleway is somewhat overgrown. The lane is a bridleway for only a short distance before it becomes a footpath.

2009 : Local bus on Devizes Road, Poulshot
Poulshot is about a mile north to south and less than 200 yards east to west.
Very little through traffic and the A361 is far enough to the north. One public house and a few farms.
