Direction Sign ? Signpost on the A4130 Henley Road in Hurley
Located on the south side of the T junction of the A4130 Henley Road junction and Hurley High Street in Hurley parish. No arms and lost finial. Made by W H Smith of Whitchurch, Salop. Surviving pre-1939 fingerposts are very rare in Berkshire and this was one of only two known examples. Probably dated to the first decade of the 20C. Milestone Society National ID: BE_SU8283
