InterSystems House, Eton
Viewed from High Street. InterSystems House extends for 45 metres along the south side of Tangier Lane. It is the UK office of InterSystems Corporation, a United States software company with offices in 25 countries and corporate HQ in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The pharmacy has a pleasing display of chemist-shop ephemera in the windows to complement the splendid Royal Warrant above the door seen in detail here Image The building is Grade II listed http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/default.aspx?pid=2&id=395606 and dates from the early 18th century although the shop front is a 19th century addition.

Eton Porny School
This building was the original location of Eton Porny School, established for primary education by Eton College French teacher Antoine Pyron du Martre, who became anglicised as Marc Anthony Porny. He died in 1802, left £4,000 in his will for the purpose and by 1813 a school for boys and girls had been established here. By 1863 the school had grown and moved to larger premises nearby. Since 1920 this building has been the home of the Eton ex-service men's club.
