Slough Telephone Exchange (2)
Taken in bright sunshine, this photo shows the TE in Wellington Street which provides telephone and broadband services to the town of Slough. As this building is set back from Wellington Street, one could be forgiven for not thinking that it is a TE. BT Openreach vehicles can be seen parked in front of it to the right of the photo.

Slough Telephone Exchange (1)
Located at 100 Wellington Street SL1 1YW, this TE resembles an office block with microwave dishes and mobile phone aerials fitted to it. To the left of the building can be seen a notice pointing Postal to the left and Telecom to the right.

High Street Slough
The area with trees has been redesigned, and the whole High Street has been repaved with new paving, street furniture and lighting. It took the best part of 2 years and cost 6 million pounds.
