Cheadle Hulme Platform 3
At Cheadle Hulme the line from Manchester and Stockport splits into two. Trains for Crewe (serviced by platforms 1 & 2) carry straight on, while the main line to Macclesfield and London (serviced by platforms 3 & 4) curve off immediately North of Station.

Cheadle Hulme railway station
Opened in 1842 by the Manchester & Birmingham Railway on the line from Crewe to Stockport. It was rebuilt in 1845 when the line on the right from Macclesfield was built. View north towards Stockport and Manchester.
