Peak Forest Canal, Railway Bridge (#15A)
A Northern Rail train heading for Rose Hill crosses the bridge which carries the Manchester to Sheffield main railway line over the canal. The single steel lattice girder is at the eastern end of the Grade II listed viaduct originally opened in 1865 to carry the Marple, New Mills & Hayfield Junction Railway.
